Milford & District Resource Centre is home to the social prescriber which covers the Milford, Ramelton, Rathmullan, Kerrykeel, Fanad and Rosguill areas. Social prescribing is a service funded by the HSE which helps you to link with sources of support and social activities in your community, particularly if you are feeling isolated, stressed, anxious or depressed. Our social prescriber is Lesley Newberry and can be contacted through the office or on email: lesley@mdrc.ie.
