Families are welcome at the Baby & Toddler Group, a friendly space to meet others, watch little ones play, and share stories. Children and young people can enjoy the joy of music in Tracy Friel’s Sounds Classes or build confidence and creativity in Clarganach Circus Skills Classes.

For those seeking movement and wellbeing, CL Wellness offers Pilates for women, men, and children, while Healing Flow Yoga provides a gentle space to unwind and recharge. Chair Yoga will soon return, offering calm and support for body and mind. Music, laughter, and community continue into the evenings, with Line Dancing with Larry bringing energy and fun, Milford Yarns offering storytelling and conversation, and the Milford Community Choir welcoming voices of all ages to sing together.
